In the past eight years, Deer Valley’s rating hasn’t dipped lower than third, with a #2 ranking in 2001/2002; a #1 ranking in 2002/2003; a #3 rating in 2003/2004; a #2 rating in 2004/2005; another #1 ranking in 2005/2006, a #2 rating in 2006/2007, a #1 ranking in 2007/2008, and now a fourth #1 ranking in 2008/2009.

Ski Rentals:
State-of-the-art reservation systems allow you to pass up the lines, get the right size and style of ski rental equipment, and gives you the best selection of packages and promotional deals. You’ll be able to reserve your ski rental or snowboard rental from an expert Deer Valley ski shop in moments, and your equipment will be delivered to your door.
Have your equipment set and ready when you get to the Deer Valley ski shop. We also carry a full line of accessories, sunglasses and souvenirs for your ski trip. Overnight tuning services with new machinery from Wintersteiger are available. And remember, we’ll always deliver the your ski rental equipment straight to your door.
Ski rental delivery services specialize in top of the line ski rental equipment custom fitted in the comfort of your vacation property. Wherever you are, we are. No lines. No hauling. No hassles. We hire knowledgeable technicians and train them extensively so they know how your boots should fit and how your skis should be tuned. If anything ever needs adjusting, we’re there, be it your hotel room or the base of the mountain. All you need to get started is a reservation and the mindset that ski rentals can be as easy as a green run.
No matter what type of skier you are, we have a package for you. All skis, boards and boots are custom fitted and if anything needs adjustment during your trip, we’ll come back and take care of it for you. Helmets, radios and other gear are also available to reserve.

Do I pay more for this service?
Given our custom delivery process, you’d think our prices would be outrageous. But compare for yourself. Delivered ski rental rates are the same or less than most quality ski shops. So you get all the extra service for free.
How long does the delivery take?
Even though we answer every question, custom fit each boot, and select accessories if you need them, the average delivery only takes about 30 minutes. That’s still a time savings compared to your old Deer Valley ski rental experience – plus, you’re in your own room, not someone else’s crowded store.
How do you select my equipment?
Our expert technicians are trained in the art of equipment selection, and they know the characteristics of all the latest models. They factor in your height, weight, skill level, and snow conditions to select the best equipment for you. If you want a specific brand, you can tell us when you make your reservation.
What if I want changes to my equipment?
Our service extends to the slopes. If you need any adjustments to the ski rental equipment, we’ll meet you at Deer Valley, Park City, or the Canyons. Or we can stop by your room with a replacement.
Deer Valley’s Environmental Commitment:
All ski resorts, whether on public or private land, are charged with being stewards of the land. It’s a responsibility that should not be taken lightly and we at Deer Valley certainly do not. Deer Valley is one of the more than 170 resorts to endorse the National Ski Area Association’s (NSAA) Sustainable Slopes Environmental Charter for Ski Areas. The Environmental Charter, commonly known as Sustainable Slopes, is a collection of environmental best practices for ski area owners and operators.
Upon endorsing the Charter, participating resorts agree to designate an environmental contact person, assess their policies and operations against the environmental principles in the Charter and take steps toward improved environmental performance. Each year an Annual Report is compiled from among participating resorts, the purpose of which is to provide information on resorts’ progress in implementing the Environmental Principles of the Charter, highlight the contributions of the partners and set goals for the future.
